Cookie Policy
Last updated:
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature. This page lists everything Hzmenly stores in your browser and why.
1. In short
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work or that remember a choice you made (your language and appearance). We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers on our website. Because of that, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
2. What we store
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| access_token | Cookie (first-party, HttpOnly) | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Not readable by page scripts. | 15 minutes |
| refresh_token | Cookie (first-party, HttpOnly) | Renews your sign-in session securely. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
| locale | Cookie (first-party) | Remembers the language you selected (English, Hebrew or Arabic). | 1 year |
| theme | Cookie (first-party) | Remembers whether you chose the dark or light appearance. | 1 year |
| session_user | Local storage | Stores your user ID, email, role and business ID so the dashboard can display them. Contains no password or token. | Until you sign out |
3. Meta (WhatsApp) connection
Only if you are signed in and choose to connect your WhatsApp Business number from the dashboard settings, we load Meta’s Facebook SDK to open Meta’s login window. Meta may then set its own cookies, governed by Meta’s Cookie Policy (opens in a new tab). This never happens on our public website or unless you start the connection yourself.
4. Fonts
Our fonts are served from our own servers, so viewing the site does not send your data to a font provider.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard.
