Accessibility Statement
Last updated:
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use Hzmenly. We aim to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA, and we follow WCAG 2.1 level AA where we can.
1. Conformance status
The website and dashboard are partially conformant: most content meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully do so (see “Known limitations”). This statement is based on our own review; we have not yet received an audit by an external accessibility expert.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Links, buttons, menus and forms can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- In the dashboard calendar, appointments can be opened, rescheduled and cancelled with the keyboard or by touch, as an alternative to drag-and-drop with a mouse.
- Form fields have visible labels; errors are announced to screen readers.
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA colour-contrast ratios.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Full support for English, Hebrew and Arabic, including right-to-left layout, with the page language declared.
- Animations are disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
- Responsive layout that adapts to mobile screens and browser zoom.
3. Known limitations
- The legal pages are currently available in English only.
- The dashboard has not yet been fully tested with every screen reader.
4. Report a problem or request assistance
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need information in an accessible format, please contact our accessibility coordinator. We will respond as soon as possible and in any event within the time the law requires.
